Art Fundamentals (Grades PK3-PK4)

Service Description

This course is meant to introduce the fundamental elements of Art such as line, shape, value, color, texture and form. Children will learn Elements and Principals of Art and work on exercises and projects which are meant to activate their brain's right side. Children will explore line, shape, value, color, texture and form while working with different dry and wet mediums, including pencil, color pencil, graphite, oil pastels, scratch board and or paints. Children will get familiar with techniques that may serve as tool for them to develop their own style of work.
